Our Chef

Growing up in a European household Dominick Dardano knew he wanted to become a chef. Starting as a child he helped his mother prepare meals using the family recipes she brought from Calabria, Italy. Chef Dominick Dardano infuses that rich Italian heritage with the skills he obtained at the Culinary Institute of America to create a wonderful dining experience for you to enjoy.
